John Travolta has been accused of sexual battery by a 21-year-old male masseur who filed a criminal complaint against the actor.

As the #MeToo campaign continues to expose sexual harassment in Hollywood, a police report against actor John Travolta in which a young masseur accused the star of groping him in 2000 has resurfaced.

The masseur claimed that 63-year-old Travolta made lewd and suggestive remarks at him while receiving a massage. [Redacted] told me it is improper to remove the towel, so he kept replacing it.

After the massage, the masseur claimed he and Travolta went to another room for a treatment known as a "Citrus Scrub". During this session, the Pulp Fiction actor allegedly told the man he was very attractive and that he'd gotten "excited".

After the massage, Travolta allegedly invited the masseur to join him in a sauna. He then offered to massage the masseur.

He claims Travolta offered to show off his own massage techniques, and began to rub the employee's inner thigh underneath his towel.

Following the "scrub", Travolta and the masseur went into the steam room. There were also the insurance claims from six people back in 2013 accusing Travolta of sexual assault, to which Travolta's lawyers stated the claims just showed the expenses people incurred, not any confirmation of Travolta making any payouts.

According to the police report, "he asked Travolta what area of the body he wanted him to concentrate on the most, and Travolta replied the buttocks".

The spa employee told police that he felt "violated" by the encounter, according to the Mercury News. He told officers that he made "no advances toward Travolta and didn't say anything to lead him on". "Travolta had already checked out of the hotel, so I was unable to speak with him regarding this case".

It was determined, in the end, Officer Peters noted that the details don't meet the elements of battery, or sexual battery and that the acts and statements can't corroborated.

According to The Daily Beast, two masseurs filed separate civil lawsuits against Travolta in May of 2012, giving similar stories that this masseur gave back in 2000. He was accused of touching the masseur's genitals during the appointment.

The suit alleged that Travolta had stripped naked before being massaged. Following the massage, Travolta allegedly touched the masseur's scrotum and penis.
