In a manner now sickenly familiar from past allegation, Weinstein arranged a meeting at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills and masturbated in front of the woman, despite her negative response to the situation. She claims after the mogul learned she was an actress he offered to assist her with her career and asked for her phone number. The actress says she told Weinstein that "she did not want to do anything sexual with him".

The plaintiff alleges Weinstein held one of her wrists with one hand and masturbated with the other. The rep adds, "Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances".

Weinstein allegedly pushed her onto the bed, pulled her trousers down and began to perform oral sex while she implored him to stop, according to TMZ.

In quite graphic detail of such conduct, today's document explains how Weinstein dangled the prospect of a role on the now shuttered Marco Polo series to the actress, who he had known since 2011.

Furthermore, Harvey can't speak to anonymous allegations but denies all of them outright, and any relationships he's had have been consensual. She says she pushed his head off and ordered him to stop.

She notes he did not use a condom. The actress "finally broke free from his grasp and immediately left the bedroom and suite".

She goes on to say in 2016 she met him again at the Montage to "celebrate her upcoming role in "Marco Polo".

Weinstein, who is now in Los Angeles spending time with his family, has been accused of sexual misconduct by over 50 women since The New York Times and The New Yorker documented decades of alleged sexual misconduct and sexual assault involving a number of women in detailed articles in early October.

A spokesperson for Weinstein denied any allegation of non-consensual sexual encounters, as he has with the dozens of women who in recent weeks have brought their own allegations of sexual harassment and assault against the now disgraced Oscar-winning producer. That 2016 meeting turned into a sexual assault that saw Weinstein penetrating the woman forcefully and against her will.

He is now under investigation by NYPD, LAPD, Scotland Yard and the Beverly Hills police.
