The Portuguese worldwide is believed to be angered by the new offer from Madrid.

Reports have been gathering pace lately that La Liga and Champions League holders Madrid want to replace Karim Benzema at the end of the current season, and have their sights set on the 24-year-old striker. Reports from Spanish media sources claim that Ronaldo has chose to leave the Santiago Bernabeu outfit at the end of the season. Ronaldo was offered a new contract, but he refused to extend it.

Ronaldo would like to leave on June 30 and has made his intentions clear to the Madrid hierarchy.

The president of Real Madrid is unwilling to let his leading player go until the summer of 2018.

Aguirre said, "Cristiano has already told the club he wants to leave, he is very angry about the offer of renewal, he considers that he needs more affection, the club does not value him". He feels uncomfortable, despite the fact he has the support of most Madrid fans.

Aguirre insists the ex-Manchester United man is a "Madridista" - and loves the fans.

When asked earlier this month he was expecting to sign a new deal with Madrid, Ronaldo told beIN Sports: 'I don't want to renew. I don't want to renew.
