We're now just one week out from the release of the Xbox One X, and today Amazon and Microsoft have announced that the Xbox One Prime Video app will be ready to go once the console launches on November 7.

The Amazon Prime Video app is available for Xbox One users for free through Xbox Store and will be able to log in with their Amazon account to get access to the Prime Library which includes titles like The Grand Tour and more. Amazon will increase hiring across more rolls for the business including technical, marketing, and creative jobs. Prime Video members can also watch hundreds of popular movies and TV shows from top networks and Hollywood studios. Amazon has also announced introductory pricing for customers in New Zealand and Australia.

Amazon along with the roll out of this service is expanding business. According to a report from Tech Crunch, Amazon Prime Video is available to download Xbox One consoles in Canada, Mexico, France, Italy, Spain and India.

While it has adopted a "less is more" approach in terms of sheer content volume (no doubt also affected by its late entry into the local market), Amazon Prime Video has also struggled somewhat in terms of compatible local devices.
