Bowman, a four-time first-team All Pro, was said to have struggled in pass coverage this season with San Francisco, a potential effect of past knee and Achilles injuries.

The second holding call gave the Raiders another crack at the end zone from the two-yard line on an untimed play, and this time Carr was able to connect with Crabtree for a game-winning touchdown.

KICKING WOES: The Raiders were hurt last week when a bad snap by Jon Condo led to a missed extra point by Giorgio Tavecchio in a 17-16 loss to the Chargers.

Quarterback Carr threw what was initially ruled to be a 29-yard touchdown pass to receiver Jared Cook with 16 seconds left in the fourth quarter. It would be overturned when the officials reviewed the replay. Cook added six catches for 107 yards. It all ended with Carr completing a two-yard touchdown pass to Crabtree to tie up the game.

Holding calls on Ron Parker and Eric Murrary created the opportunity for the Raiders and the final play. This will be the game that refutes the comment that Thursday Night Football is boring. Amari Cooper, who had done nothing so far this season, caught a season-high 11 receptions for 201 yards and two touchdowns.

Last week, Tavecchio missed an extra point after being flawless the entire season, making the fact that the Raiders lost by one point sting even worse.

"Coop always open. It's just about everything coming together", said Crabtree, who had three catches for 24 yards.

Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch was ejected from the game in the first half for making contact with an official during a scrum on the field that involved players from both teams. However what fans are talking about is whether or not Lynch ran out on the field to protect his QB or longtime friend Marcus Peters, who plays for the Chiefs. Lynch congratulated his teammates in the locker room after the game but didn't speak to reporters.

After just four days with the team, coach Jack Del Rio has said that Bowman will play on Thursday against the Kansas City Chiefs. Raiders offensive linemen Kelechi Osemele and Donald Penn immediately confronted Peters.

In a sign of pure stupidity, Lynch grabbed the jersey of line judge Julian Mapp before letting it go with a shove. Peters also was called for a personal foul on the play.

Cooper caught a 12-yard pass from Carr on the Raiders' first offensive play and later hauled in a 38-yard touchdown with just over eight minutes left in the first quarter.

The rookie star Kareem Hunt was once again solid as he had 87 rushing yards but from 18 attempts. Four of their first five opponents scored at least 20 points, and Houston piled up almost 400 yards when it lost a 42-34 shootout a few weeks ago. With this performance, Hunt became the second player in National Football League history to reach 1,000 scrimmage yards in his first seven career games.

Carr finished with 417 yards and three touchdowns.

Kansas City moved back ahead 27-21 on Smith's 63-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Albert Wilson with 7:08 left in the third.

Cooper had 146 yards all season going in to the game.
