When the doctor found out she was demanding her money back, he came into the lobby where a huge confrontation began, all of which was caught on film by Stipe's daughter, New York Daily News reports.

Jessica Stipe shared the video of the doctor's explosive reaction on her Facebook page Monday after the incident at the Gainesville After-Hours Clinic where she had gone because she was "severely sick".

"Get the f-- out of my office", he screams, as Stipe's daughter tells the doctor to get away from her mom. After waiting for over an hour, Stipe said she just wanted to get her co-pay back and go to another doctor's office. "By 7:45 was not seen still in severe pain and throwing up in the trash can All they had me do was pee in a cup to see if I'm pregnant....ummm I know I'm not...", she wrote on her page.

Gpd is here now but says we can't press assault charges even though it's all on tape because she has no injury. wtf. he took her phone and shoved her she is a minor. never go there for medical care.

However, Stipe refuted his response saying they had done nothing to actually treat her.

Stipe told CBS 4 she believes he attempted to delete the video and then threw the phone back at her.

That's when she chose to confront her doctor, at about 7:45 p.m., she wrote, in an argument that quickly escalated and allegedly resulted in her daughter getting shoved.

"Are you kidding me?" the doctor said. At one point, Gallogly asks Stipe whether she wants to be seen, to which she responds, "I want to go home and get in my bed". We've done a urine test on you. "Go to the ER and wait for nine hours", the doctor yelled, pointing a finger at Stipe. "I got seven rooms back there".

But as Stipe and her daughter were walking out, the doctor realized the daughter had been recording the entire tense exchange. Do you know how many people ...

The video ends with Stipe threatening to call the police. He asked if she thought that only took three seconds.

Now the doctor, Peter Gallogly, of Gainesville After Hours Clinic, is being investigated by the Gainesville Police Department, Officer Ben Tobias told the Gainesville Sun on Tuesday.

Stipe's video has been viewed over 200,000 times and has more than 3,000 shares.

Gainesville After-Hours Clinic has yet to comment on the ordeal.
