In case you didn't know.

Neville won the Cruiserweight title at the Royal Rumble from Rich Swann and went on to dominate the division as he became the man to beat.

Either way, the basic parts of the story are accurate and, as reported in the Wrestling Observer newsletter, the belief within WWE is that he is gone.

It is not yet certain if Neville walked out when he discovered the change or before he even found out but the 31-year-old was nowhere to be seen on RAW or 205 Live. Neville was reportedly absent from several house shows as well and had to be replaced by Mustafa Ali.

One source went as far as stating that they are 100% confident Neville won't return, through the official company line is that he's still under WWE contract, and never asked to quit.

Though Neville walking out on WWE was contested by PWInsider's report, their report indicated that the release request is true and that it may have been sparked by being left off the WrestleMania 33 DVD and not receiving royalties; similar to Austin Aries' complaints about the company prior to his departure.

"The King Of The Cruiserweights" was supposedly set to lose to Enzo Amore in a non-title match on the October 9th episode of Raw.

However, don't look for Kalisto to hold the belt for too long, as it's being reported that the plan is to get the Cruiserweight Title back on Enzo Amore because 205 Live is now being built around him.
