WWE has a packed show set for tonight as Sin City SmackDown takes place from the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. SmackDown will also see three title matches - The New Day vs. SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos in a Sin City Street Fight, Naomi vs. SmackDown Women's Champion Natalya and Tye Dillinger vs. WWE United States Champion AJ Styles.

- As noted, Vince McMahon was attacked and busted open by Kevin Owens on SmackDown after Vince re-instated SmackDown Commissioner Shane McMahon and announced Shane vs. Owens inside the Cell at the October 8th WWE Hell In a Cell pay-per-view. Owens, clearly boosted by the absence of Shane, called the blue brand as "The Kevin Owens Show", but his invitation was met with by Smackdown Live General Manager Daniel Bryan.

Natalya retained the Women's Championship by beating Naomi after slamming her into a ring post before locking her in Sharpshooter submission. This will be the fourth tag title match between these two teams since June.

Owens has been feuding with Vince's son Shane McMahon over the past few months, and after insulting Shane's family last week, Vince returned to WWE television to sort things out. Un-phased, Owens remained confident that he could not wait for Mr McMahon to arrive. After those remarks, Shane attacked Owens, with the action spilling to the outside.

Choosing his words carefully, Owens then attacked his boss, finishing his assault with a frogsplash from the top rope. Eventually, Shane tossed Owens over the announcers' table.
