Android Nougat Running on 15.8% Devices, Oreo Yet to Make an Appearance

As per the Android Police, the latest update can be said to be of size 750MB and it carries operation enhancements, UI improvements as well as system constancy.

While Android 7.0 Nougat is steadily climbing in adoption rates, in contrast to ancient Gingerbread and Ice Cream Sandwich, which are on their way out of the list, Oreo is nowhere to be seen.

From previous reports, we had been led to believe that the Nokia 9 would run on the Android 7.1.1 OS.

As of now, we do not know whether this new device will come with Android Oreo support right out-of-the-box or will be upgraded via OTA support. Interestingly, the smartphone will be priced at Euro 749 in European markets and $699 for the USA market, which means that Indian consumers will be getting the flagship device from Nokia at a lesser price tag as compared to the other markets. However, there is no way to authenticate this leak as of now, so we suggest you take this report with a grain of salt.

Coming to the specifications, the Nokia 3 sports a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixel) display. However, the company has now reportedly started rolling out the Android 7.1.1 Nougat update for the smartphone. The phone is also packed with 12 MP primary Camera and 12 MP front camera. Nokia 3 also has a fingerprint sensor.

We have been coming across a lot of Nokia 9 leaks and rumors tipping that the launch of the device isn't too far away.
