Micromax Canvas Infinity: Launched In India Specification Features Priced at Rs 9999

Micromax Canvas Infinity is 150 us dollars if the screen with a diagonal of 5.7 inches and a resolution of HD+ or 1440х720 pixels.

After the launch of Evok Dual note last week, Indian smartphone manufacturer Micromax on Tuesday launched the Canvas Infinity smartphone in India. The photo shows the back of the device and one can easily primary camera on the top left corner of the tablet along with LED flash, while at the base there are two speaker grilles. Also, it appears to be a 7-inch or 8-inch device.

Not a lot is known about the Canvas Plex Tab for now, only that it would be an affordable tablet that would ship with pre-bundled content from Eros Now. From the retail box, it is seen that the tablet is targeted towards the entertainment buffs who prefer watching movies and streaming videos on the tablet. RAM of the phone is 3GB which is also the biggest feature of the phone. the phone is 4G and runs on Android Nougat operating system. The unit came with the screen, 18:9, like LG G6, and its price does not exceed $ 160, so it's a PR, but not the flagship model.

On the software side, the Canvas Infinity runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with company's own UI running on top of it. Micromax has also added some nifty features like Smart Action through which users can wake and lock screen by double tap, flip to mute or snooze alarm, call a contact by placing the phone close to ear and more. The company has also promised to update to Android O also.

Coming to the big highlight, the Micromax Canvas Infinity sports a 16-megapixel selfie camera with soft selfie flash, f/2.0 aperture, 5P lens, and face beauty modes. The front camera of the phone is 16 megapixel.

The Micromax Canvas Infinity packs a 2900mAh battery that is rated to offer talk time of 20 hours and standby time of 420 hours.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, WI-Fi, and Global Positioning System. On-board sensors include proximity, light, accelerometer, and magnetic sensors.
