Queen's official website has revealed the actors who'll be joining star Rami Malek in director Bryan Singer's forthcoming biopic about the legendary United Kingdom band, Bohemian Rhapsody.

Ben was first rumoured to be signing up to play drummer Roger Taylor back in June, when a source told the Sun: "Ben caught the eye of producers and he has worked with director Bryan Singer on "X-Men"". Deacon was also involved in the management of the band's finances. On the small screen, he's popped up in HBO's The Pacific and in a recurring role on Justified. His feature credits include The Tourist and the upcoming film The Last Witness. Deadline's Mike Fleming previously exclusively broke the story announced that Rami Malek (Mr. Robot) will portray frontman Mercury. Things like that don't happen. When they would lay tracks they would come up with new ideas all the time.

Malek added, "It's a phenomenal experience".

"What a talented bunch of dudes... and I am terrified about all of it!"

The film, which has a Christmas 2018 release date, is being directed by Bryan Singer, who's got four X-Men movies to his name in addition to The Usual Suspects, Valkyrie and Superman Returns.

Denis O'Sullivan, Arnon Milchan and Jane Rosenthal will executive produce the motion picture. Kira Goldberg is overseeing the project for Twentieth Century Fox.
