Dragon Ball FighterZ's info dump still has some things worth noting. Its Story Mode will be a "What If?" scenario that sees Android 16 getting revived and looking to battle the main characters. And then there's the presence of a unique multiplayer mode - three players will face another team of three in a 6-player mode.

During Microsoft's presentation at E3, 2017, Bandai Namco revealed the first trailer for their upcoming 2.5D fighting game, Dragon Balls FighterZ. The game also encourages players to train and master more than one fighter and style, delivering richer gameplay and motivation to take down the competition. In this new gameplay footage, Android 16 and the duo Android 17/Android 18 join the fight alongside Krillin and Piccolo.

Also, with Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta recently being confirmed as members of the game's roster, that may pave the way for newer battlegrounds to be introduced.

A closed beta is planned for 16th and 17th September, but you have to register to be in with a chance of playing that. They will be able to play Dragon Ball FighterZ online with 11 playable characters, including: SS Goku, SS Vegeta, SS Teen Gohan, Cell, Majin Buu, Frieza (Final form), Future Trunks, Piccolo, Krillin, Android 18 and Android 16. As for the open beta, that'll be dropping in January 2018.

The Androids are coming to raise a ruckus in Dragon Ball FighterZ...and now we have a pretty good idea of when they'll be coming to do so.
