The prime accused in the case - a history-sheeter named Pulsar Suni - has implicated him in the case, telling investigators it was the actor-filmmaker at whose insistence he molested the actress in her own vehicle and took objectionable photos of her during the act so she could be blackmailed.

"Both versions of Dileep and cops on the issue are right". Police sources claim that the allegations of Dileep that police cooked up the story is fake.

As per certain latest reports arrested actor Dileep has come up with certain serious charges in his new bail application.

Kochi: Police has made a decision to file a fresh affidavit opposing actor Dileep's bail plea after the High Court asked the state to submit its stand when it comes up for the hearing Friday.

Dileep is accused of masterminding the assault and molestation of a Malayalam actress in February.

The actor had moved the Kerala HC for bail again Thursday. They will also inform the court that Pulsar Suni had called Dileep on March 28, and Dileep filed the complaint on April 20, and the police had investigated into the delay in the actor filing the complaint.

Dileep's mother Sarojam visited him along with Anoop. During the star night rehearsal, Dileep had stayed in Hotel Abad Plaza in Kochi.

In the new petition, besides alleging a "large-scale conspiracy" by a small but powerful section of the film industry against him, he has claimed that he had no connection with the main accused Pulsar Suni. They would say in the affidavit that Dileep was already under the scanner during the investigation following the attack of the actress, and he was later arrested based on the evidences that they collected, which were against the actor.
