It'll be interesting to see if the latter includes the original soundtrack, though, as Team Meat is still in a dispute with Danny Baranowsky (the original's composer).

Nintendo Switch has become one of the platforms that most draw the attention to independent studios to publish their game, and that is how Team Meat confirmed that Super Meat Boy will come to Nintendo Switch. Mutant Mudds was first released on the Nintendo 3DS all the way back in 2011- so this marks a homecoming of sorts for the game.

The Nintendo Switch continues its stellar run of independent game support, with two great, acclaimed indie games having been confirmed for Nintendo's new hybrid system recently. None of these have a specific release date yet, but we're guessing these can't be far behind these announcements.

Meanwhile, Nintendo's official Twitter account revealed that an expanded version of the "negative space shooter" Inversus will launch for Switch this fall. They're calling it Inversus Deluxe, which will feature more maps, ranked multiplayer, new powers and more.
