Bethesda Softworks and Arkane Studios just released a new look into the world of the upcoming release Dishonored: Death of the Outsider with a brand new gameplay trailer.

A standalone adventure, Death of the Outsider promises to show a new side to Karnaca, infiltrating underground fight clubs, encountering mysterious cults, and even pulling off a daring bank heist in your journey to dispatch "the black-eyed bastard".

Actor Michael Madsen returns to voice Daud, while Rosario Dawson and Robin Lord Taylor reprise their roles as Billie and the Outsider, respectively.

Death of the Outsider is out next month, casting you as Billie Lurk working with Daud, the anti-hero from the first game's excellent DLC, as they attempt to kill a god: the Outsider himself. He can be heard in the trailer saying "I knew you'd seek me out one day", implying he was ready to meet Billie Lurk once again. This standoff will be her last job if she can pull it off, and she'll most likely leave several bodies in her wake. The game will be available on 15th September 2017 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. As mentioned, it's stand-alone, so you don't need either of the Dishonored titles to play it (though familiarity with the setting and story will obviously help).
