Fourteen year-old Danielle Bregoli, the girl who uttered the now infamous words, "Cash Me Outside" on a Dr. Phil episode, will not be headed to jail for a number of different theft, drug, and other offenses after pleading guilty to four criminal charges, TMZ reports.

Bregoli was charged with grand theft auto, marijuana possession, and filing a false police report.

Bregoli left the courthouse after her sentencing with her mother, her attorney and a bodyguard.

"Cash Me Outside" girl Danielle Bregoli was sentenced to five years probation in Florida - and she did not look very happy leaving the courtroom.

Bregoli eventually admitted her allegations were false.

Bregoli will carry out her lengthy probation sentence in California, where she now lives with her mother. "And the more involvement he has in her life, the more therapeutic involvement by medical healthcare professionals that are properly licensed, we believe will provide Danielle with the guidance and counseling she needs". Since then, she has made headlines for her legal troubles.

The state of Florida has recommended that Bregoli remain in Palm Beach County.

He told NBC: 'I am the only parent in this relationship with Danielle that is trying to see the best thing for this child'.

The teen could also face additional charges for a battery incident in Lake Worth, Florida that happened earlier this year.
