Booster 12 and Booster 14 from the NOA remain redacted following an appeal by John Doe in Hinds County Chancery Court. Two of the names were not released.

Ole Miss has revealed the names of all but two boosters cited in the NCAA's Notice of Allegations and the school's response, complying with an order from the Mississippi Ethics Commission earlier this month.

The school released the un-redacted names of the boosters and those boosters are tied over half of the Level 1, the most serious, violations.

Michael Strojny of Biloxi is mentioned in Allegation No. 18.

5 - had impermissible recruiting contact and provided those four student-athletes with $2,250 worth of impermissible recruiting inducements while assisting the university in recruitment of four prospects.

Allegation No. 9 centers around Rebels Rags and Terry Warren.

Lee Harris/Funkys, Allegation No. 15 - provided between $200-600 worth of free food and drinks.

The response also referred to a statement given by Lewis to the NCAA that he told a teammate in the spring of 2016 he had been called into MSU coach Dan Mullen's office and told that the NCAA would be questioning him before being coached "as to how he should respond to in order to protect Lewis' own eligibility and to prevent MSU from being found in violation of NCAA rules", according to the response. Some of the boosters include Michael Joe Cannon, Cannon Motors, Chan Patel, and Walter Hughes.

- Accused of providing impermissible recruiting benefits which involve complimentary vehicle use and loans valued at $7,495 by the NCAA.
