Nearly Three Years After Release, Dying Light is Still Going Strong

But it's rare for a game like Dying Light to receive a veritable buffet of expansions so long after its release-especially when that content is being made available to players on three different platforms at no cost to them. Dying Light's most recent event, for example, known as CARnage 2.0, saw players joining forces in a bid to "collectively blow up, burn and electrify 2 million zombies".

The best news of all is that every single piece of content will be absolutely free to anyone who has a copy of the game.

More specifically, Dying Light's producer Tymon Smektala has announced that there will be 10 new content drops over the coming year, as you can see in the video below.

While the company isn't releasing a ton of information about what the new DLC is going to bring, there were a few hints.

Techland's zombie survival game Dying Light is still alive and very much kicking, so much so that the developers are supporting the game for another year with a bunch of new content. Techland has said there will be new missions to complete, new mysteries to solve and new enemies inserted into the game. It starts with "DLC No. 0", which introduces new adversaries. This update isn't part of the 10 free DLCs but will arrive soon and offer a taste of what's to come.
