Justin Bieber is far from being an example in terms of conduct. According to law enforcement. he was issued a citation for using his phone while driving.

The outlet is reporting that over the weekend, Biebs was stopped by the police while out in Beverly Hills, California for driving and being on his cellphone at the same time.

The singer was caught using his phone while driving, for which he was pulled over by the cops.

Police officers told TMZ that the Canadian star had remained "calm" and very "cooperative" when they had questioned him. In January 2014 the vocalist was captured in Miami Beach on doubt of driving impaired (DUI), driving with a more than six month lapsed permit, and opposing capture without brutality. He also had an expired license.

He eventually settled the case by pleading guilty to careless driving and resisting arrest.

He wrote at the time: "I LOVE THIS because it reminds me IM NOT EXACTLY WHERE I WANT TO BE BUT THANK GOD IM NOT WHERE I USED TO BE!"

Later in 2014, Justin accepted a plea deal in a vandalism case - he'd damaged a neighbor's home when he repeatedly pelted it with eggs - that saw him pay $80,900 restitution. Soon thereafter the vocalist was captured again and this time accused of hazardous driving and attack, after an impact between a minivan and an ATV close to the place where he grew up of Stratford, Ontario.
