Like Federico Fazio yesterday, Clinton N'Jie became the latest confirmed exit from Tottenham Hotspur this morning after the club tweeted that he has sealed his permanent transfer to Marseille.

After his move from Lyon in 2015 for £8.3million, Njie failed to score even one for Tottenham.

The Cameroon global moved to White Hart Lane in 2015, but made only 14 appearances in a spell disrupted by injury.

Tottenham Hotspur have announced that an agreement has been reached with Marseille for the permanent signing of winger Clinton N'Jie.

"We wish Clinton all the best for the future", Tottenham said.

Njie made 23 appearances and scored four goals for the Ligue 1 team last term, having struggled to establish himself at Spurs especially after a serious knee injury in December 2015.

Njie's departure makes him the third player to leave Spurs in as many days after following both Kyle Walker and Federico Fazio out of the White Hart Lane exit door.
