Panasonic P55 Max is a budget-friendly phone with 5000 mAh battery

Panasonic India has announced a new smartphone in the country, the Panasonic P55 Max whose highlights are the massive 5000mAh battery and quad-LED flashlight accompanied by the rear camera.

Panasonic P55 Max is now available on Flipkart, and the phone comes with a 5000 mAh battery.

The new Panasonic P55 comes at a price of Rs 8,499 and for the price point, it looks like the smartphone impresses us with its tech specs. On the back is a great-to-touch textured finish as well.

Panasonic P55 Max smartphone will be available in Matte Black and Gold colour variants and is priced at Rs. 8,499.

The brand has also introduced ZigPlay feature (to be received via over-the-air), which the company claims, "Keeps all your priorities at your fingertips with simple to use profiles and keeps you connected on the go at home, in the vehicle, at work and anywhere you go".

"In today's connected world, smartphones have become the lifeline drawing parallels amongst work-life balance". The rear panel of the houses a 13MP camera with Quad LED flash unit, while the front upper panel of the device bears a 5MP camera and the earpiece. It is powered by 1.25 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 64-bit processor with 3GB RAM and Mali-T720 GPU. The long lasting 5000mAh battery further ensures the seamless functioning without interruptions. At front, the smartphone has a 5-megapixel shooter for taking selfies. This phone has metal body and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) OS.

The Mobile Indian reports that a new feature is also in the offering.

For connectivity, the device has a dual SIM - 3G/4G LTE configuration, direct Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The phone comes with basic sensors such as an accelerometer, proximity, ambient light sensors, and even has support for USB OTG via the micro USB port. The smartphone measures 152x72.6x8.7mm and weighs 180 grams.
