The super model married Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel back in May, at their backyard in Brentwood, California.

Having spent the majority of her adult life being dressed in exceptional clothing, the 34-year-old's famously-dimpled smile remains as a pet dog jumps up at her in a video taken by Vogue during the shoot.

The design of the dress was said to be inspired by Grace Kelly's dress from 1956 when she married Prince Rainier III of Monaco, with Miranda having flown to Paris to help work on the design.

The dress was an unusually covered-up style for the former Victoria's Secret Angel, featuring a high neckline, long sleeves and dramatic full skirt covered in appliquéd flowers.

The first pictures of Miranda Kerr wedding dress were published on Vogue.com this Sunday, and they will be displayed in their August 2017 issue on July 25.

"I've had a lot of fun with fashion, and I used to be more wild, free, bohemian", she told the publication. But in this period of my life, my style is more pulled back, ' Kerr said about her dress, adding that she couldn't have imagined a more lovely piece of clothing.

We certainly can't argue that the dress is a timeless work of art.

In addition, she also wore a gorgeous pearl-encrusted headpiece by milliner Stephen Jones. It supposedly took "only two fittings" to create the dress, which was produced by a "team of couturiers".

"I think it's every girl's dream to have Dior design her wedding dress", Kerr told Vogue.

The intimate gathering dined on Miranda's signature dish, slow-roasted chicken scented with turmeric and lemon, which was prepared by caterers. She said recently: "Our wedding was just so joyful".

"She wanted something like a fairy tale", explained Chiuri, "and she gave me this idea, to make a dress that was emotional and simple at the same time".

Guests were banned from posting on social media - even on Snapchat - and privacy was guaranteed thanks to a highly strung white canopy covering the garden. "It's important to look good".
