Lorde really has a thing for onion rings. "It was me, it was me, it was me".

The self-professed onion ring connoisseur confessed to host Jimmy Fallon that she started the profile, explaining "I think [onion rings are] underrated". It was a amusing thing with my friends on the tour.

Lorde agreed: She liked diners.

Lorde said the account was "a amusing thing" with her friends on her tour.

The New Zealand native confirmed on The Tonight Show Thursday that she is indeed the creator of a now-defunct Instagram handle "onionringsworldwide".

Lorde said: "I have to explain for a second". But after speculation began that the account belonged to Lorde, it got deleted. Before she could finish, a stunned Fallon, 42, almost fell out of his chair as he asked, "It is you?"

The 20-year-old is rumored to have had a secret Instagram used exclusively to review onion rings.

Lorde revealed her foodie side during her many concert stops and promotional appearances ahead of the release of her new album, Melodrama. Get there before we order all the onion rings they have to the ELLE.com office.

Still, she has some tips on how to make a good onion ring. I am all here for you doing your thing if you want to open that account back up.

Her second album has received rave reviews, with a five star review on nzherald.co.nz and a four-star review on Rolling Stone.
