In the new version of Telegram messenger 4.0 introduces video messaging, payments for robots, Telescope and platform Instant View.

They appeared in a large update of the popular instant messenger. The Telegram v4.0 now boasts bot-channeled payments, Instant View platform, and access to video message for non-Telegram users.

To record your message, tap and hold the icon. In an effort to not clutter the existing user interface of the app, Telegram developers decided to make the camera icon accessible by tapping the microphone icon, which will prompt a switch between the two.

Video messages on Telegram work in exactly the same way audio recordings work. The entry can be made, including hands-free.

Additionally, Telegram today is introducing Telesco.pe, a new service that allows anyone to view video messages from public Telegram channels.

Just as Google Assistant can now process payments instantly and without much fuss, Telegram bots will also be able to handle payments instantly, in instances where pay buttons have been incorporated.

The good thing is that you don't need a Telegram account to view public video messages.

The latest news that Telegram brings us is that of quick views. These bots may now add a Pay button to their messages.

"Telegram is an open platform, so bot developers can implement the necessary APIs and accept payments from users starting right now, without lengthy approval dramas", adds the team. "With Instant View, you can enjoy articles from any blog or media outlet in a uniform and easily readable way".

Website owners can design their own options, but Telegram is also enabling its users to take the initiative to widen the template options on offer.

While short videos in the form of "stories" are getting fiercely familiar, Telegram chooses to integrate them into the chat window as Video Messages. "Instant View allows Telegram users to view articles from around the Web in a consistent way, with zero loading time".

Anyone can create article previews with our new Instant View Editor. Payments on Telegram aren't actually processed through Telegram itself, and thus the service stores none of your data; instead, it ties in with other services such as Stripe.
