In addition to these major upgrades, the OxygenOS 4.1.0 update also adds expanded screenshots for the OnePlus 3 and 3T. The bump to Android 7.1.1 brings with it the much awaited App Shortcuts feature - where you can tap and hold on an icon to bring up a context menu of actions you can directly do from the home screen.

OnePlus has been very active with software updates in recent times, and OxygenOS 4.1.0 brings the March 1 security update along with a new expanded screenshot feature for the OnePlus 3T and OnePlus 3. Some devices will be updated earlier than others, so just standby until the update notification reaches you. The OxygenOS 4.1.0 update is rolling out to a small fraction of users across the globe right now. There are a number of additions and features that the users can enjoy with the new Nougat update.

There is an improvement in video stability when recording via the rear camera and has also improved the WiFi connectivity and Bluetooth connectivity.

As you can see above, the update has Google's March security patch fixes and is built on the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat code. In the photoshoot front, users will get enhanced blur reduction and good image quality for moving objects. The OnePlus has added extended screenshots feature in this update. However, as stated by OnePlus, the rollout of the update has already been started, and within next few days, it will hit all the devices. Lastly, some general bug fixes have been implemented too. OnePlus in its blog post has also requested feedback from OnePlus 3 and 3T users on their UI/UX experience through a survey.
