Disney shareholders and members of the U.S. press were treated to a short teaser trailer for Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi, and as for what he says, it's apparently three simple words: "Who are you?". Then the young scavenger in tune with the Force apparently "deftly" wields the lightsaber.

Disney shareholders were presented with footage from numerous company's upcoming films at today's meeting, but perhaps the most exciting reveal was the first footage shown of Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Sounds like the type of news that only Star Wars fans would freak out about.

This is the question that hardcore Star Wars fans have been grappling with for a year and half.

Adult Rey, despite having the same hairstyle as her younger self, does in fact not look like a child any more and therefore could be unrecognizable.

"The Last Jedi" comes to U.S. and United Kingdom theaters December 15, 2017. After Fisher's death, rumors swirled that "Star Wars" would attempt to bring her back for future films using CGI effects, but Lucasfilm swiftly responded, explaining that they had no plans to digitally resurrect the actress.

I know what you're going to say! Neither Maz or Rey said these things in the film.

These small orbs of light are speculated to be firefly-type forms of departed Jedis similar to the ones featured in the hit animated shows, Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels. Because as far as we know, Rey and Luke have never met before (though theories about their relationship abound).

According to Miller, the opening scene - as previously reported - picks up directly where the Force Awakens left off: with Rey (Daisy Ridley) stood opposite a hooded Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) atop a mountain. Especially if it's not even in the final film.
